Great customer service, if there is an issue (and I haven’t had one yet) they will come out and make corrections free of charge. I priced other companies on weed control and grass growth, no one could beat their price. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately our lawn has never looked worse. Giving two stars because they do a great job when they come on time. But getting them to show is the trouble. Grass gets egregiously high as a result and got dinged a few times by the HoA. Hard to get a reliable commitment on when they will show e.g., called last week, said they’d be there Friday, then changed to the following Tuesday, then called today (Tuesday) and they said tomorrow (over two weeks from last service and counting)…

Naturescape is an excellent company that provides great lawn service. I’ve been struggling keeping my lawn green during spring and summer months the products they use got my lawn back to the standards that make me proud.

I have been a customer of Naturescape since 2022. It has been 3 years of chasing them to get them to apply the lawn treatments. I have given them every benefit of the doubt when they have told me about their multiple change of leadership and staffing issues. My lawn is now bare spots and weeds where there once was grass which has resulted in me needing to get it resodded. I have even had people ask me what has happened to my lawn. Not sure how they have the amount of positive reviews they do but if I could give them no stars I would. Don't be fooled by the reviews.

Excellent service with guaranteed satisfaction. Prices are exceptional so toss out your aerator and spreader and relax!
