Tim does excellent work, and is a pleasure to chat with. He does a thorough job checking for the source of an issue, and can explain what’s going on in plain language. If there’s more than one option for a fix, he lays out the pros and cons. I highly recommend Naugher Heating and Cooling to folks in the area!

Tim was responsive, timely, explained things well and save us thousands of dollars when our commercial heating unit went out. A larger company told us we needed to replace the entire unit, but Tim assured us we did not. He worked on our rooftop on an 8 degree evening which ultimately helped our business stay open during one of the coldest winters in years. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Over the yrs, Tim Naugher has maintained my heating system (boiler with hot water radiators) and installed and maintained my mini-split AC. His work is always excellent. And he explains my options, costs, how it operates, etc. He is the best!
