I’m very grateful for the service provided. My water heater stop working and NB Plumbing took care of the issue. In my case they have to order the parts thru manufacturer. Once received was installed fixing the problem right away. They worked and kept the area cleaned, they were also explaining what the issue was and what they repaired. Thanks!!!

Great experience using NB Plumbing for some home warranty work. The technician, Richard, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He addressed the issue promptly. The communication with NB was great. They had clear scheduling and provided updates and reminders for the appointment. They even let you track the technician during your appointment window. We have had NB Plumbing come by twice to fix separate issues related to a leaking pipe and a water heater malfunctioning. Both times, the team that showed up was super professional, they took time to explain the issue and their recommendation and made us feel confident in the fixes. Richard was the absolute best to work with! We needed new plumbing with an ejector pump put in our basement so the first day Richard and Jaden came and were so quick with all the prep work. The next day Richard came back with Tyson to get it all put back together. They were all so kind, respectful, and cleaned everything up so I wasn’t left with a big mess. Richard was very patient and helpful. He answered all of my endless questions and gave me super helpful tips on the work we were going to do ourselves. We were so impressed with all of the work they did, it looks amazing and was worth every penny. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs! Excellent service!

Professional, fair process, easy to work with, and they show up when they say they will! We had an old pipe fail, and they uncovered the problem quickly and repaired it in the most cost effective way possible. Great communication and their team is kind and respectful.
