I’ve been parking at this garage daily for over a year, and the service has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff consistently go above and beyond, even in extreme weather, whether it’s scorching heat or freezing cold, they remain professional, friendly, and efficient. Ceasar, Juan, and the rest of the team truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. Every single time I park, they greet me with a smile and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and I genuinely appreciate the consistency and care they bring to their work.

My wife and I trusted the valet service here, expecting basic care and responsibility. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. Our car was returned to us with a noticeable ding, and not only was there no explanation—there wasn’t even an acknowledgment or apology. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a service that people rely on for peace of mind. We won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are far more reliable options that treat your property—and your trust—with the respect it deserves. I would have given 0 stars but I really cannot.

Valet was nice, but they did ding our brand new car. Can’t recommend.

I’ve been parking monthly NCR for the last 2 1/2 years. I love all the guys who work there. They are always kind, attentive and efficient. One time my tires were in bad need of air and they pulled out their portable tire pump and put air in my tires. I always recommend clients to park with them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Valet damaged my car, they caught it in camera and refused to give me their insurance for a long time. They tried “fixing” it without my permission with a bad paint job. Apparently the owner was “unaware” of the situation I was dealing with their manager. I work at the 900 Surgical Center and I rather do self park now.
