NDB SEPTIC SERVICE

Purchasing a home so asked for septic inspection. They had to be told multiple times coordinate with listing agent FOR SCHEDULING. still didn’t do that because I was called when they were on the way, when I asked if the sellers new and the tech didn’t even know I was the potential buyer and not at the property, acted like he’d never heard the listing agents name! This was around first week of September and I never heard from them again. The home sale fell apart and I never got an inspection or a bill so I let it go. Then, September 30th rolls around and I get a bill for 375$ and no inspection report. Person on phone says she will look into it. Sunday I get a new invoice for 390$ now and still no inspection report cuz they sent that to the listing agent !!!! Keeps saying well I approved it

Highly recommend. Contacted them mid morning and were there later that afternoon. Technician was very friendly and gave good recommendations.

DO NOT use this company. Owner was not professional, knowledgeable, or kept his word. He came to inspect tank and pump for the sale of my home. Only inspected half of the tank, and reported he couldn’t get to the other side because of a concrete walkway THAT DID NOT EXIST!! The following day, I noticed the tank backing up into the yard, he informed my it was because of the rain, and told me to call back the next day if it was still backing up. (Even though my plumber told me to insist on him coming back out, that something was wrong). Two days later I called again to ask for him to come out, and he replied he was busy and it’s taking 1-2 hours to dump his truck, and he would get there when he could. A tenant of ours called this company without consulting with us first. Then provided a fake receipt of services rendered. After calling the company to verify basic company information such as are they licensed, is this a legal business etc. I was told that information couldn’t be provided. After searching on the GA website to verify their business was legal and active they are not even listed. Long story short the tenant will be responsible for the bill and any damages they may occur later due to seeking services from a non legalized business.

Service was provided in a timely fashion. BUT my septic tank was accessed through a hole in the septic tank lid which the company denies was made by them. I did not witness when they first came but my septic tank had never been accessed since I’ve owned the house and there was not a hole there before and there is one now.....
