I am very impressed with this company! I had a difficult situation with my HVAC and they didn't give up until it was figured out and fixed!. The service men were top notch, professional, friendly and patiently explained everything. They are my lifetime HVAC company! I tried a couple before I found them and so happy I did.

Ray & Sons helped us finish the plumbing in our new construction home after we parted ways with the builder. The process was seamless. The office staff were polite and courteous and the plumbers were top notch. They were knowledgeable, professional, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Fixing other’s mistakes is challenging but Christian and his helper had a great attitude with great attention to detail.

Edit: -- I originally gave a 1 star review due to the chat function on the website. I am now very impressed. I changed to five stars because Mr. Ray saw the review and called immediately to find out what happened. I didn't mention in the previous review that Ray and Son's has done work for me years ago and they did a very good job back then. The chat thing pulling up info that I never gave them just threw me for a loop. Mr. Ray said that he is going to check with the company that provides the chat service for them. He has restored my faith in the company. I want to reiterate that the chat issue has absolutely nothing to do with the actual job they perform. Don’t recommend, had a technician come out on a Sunday (he was polite and professional) and diagnosed a bad compressor. Took them until Wednesday to get me a quote of almost 4K$. Luckily I called another company on Monday he came out found a bad capacitor and had me up and running in 30 minutes. The fact if I hadn’t done that, my family and pets would have roasted for over 3 days in the heat of summer, then they would have replaced the compressor and it still wouldn’t have worked! Update: they did call me and gave me some backstory and credited my diagnostic fee. So I appreciated them reaching out to try and make things right.
