I couldn't believe the detailed job they did on my property. The former owner neglected to clean the vents for more than a decade; and they were packed with junk. Lemuel and his team did such an amazing job for a VERY reasonable price. I would feel comfortable using them again. And I 100% recommend using this company!

I needed my HVAC duct system cleaned out and was referred to NEADS by my chimney guy (Mike Dhembe...Amazing and extremely knowledgeable). I spoke with Lemuel and he came out to give me a quote within 24 hours of calling. The turnaround for completing the job was equally impressive. When Lemuel and Francisco showed up, the first thing they did before entering my house was put their shoe protective booties on. AMAZING!!! They were both polite, professional and very tidy. Lemuel explained the entire process prior to them starting and then they went to work. He showed my several before and after pictures while the work was being completed, so I could see what (and the why's) they were doing. Professionalism at its finest!

I had NEADS come and clean my ducts, vents, dryer vent and shower fan. Amazingly thorough, washing all the vent covers, very complete duct cleaning with photos before and after. Cleaned up everything as they went. Two men for nearly five hours. Friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.
