Waking up first thing on a cold wintery Saturday morning with no water sucks. However the brightside to this day was finding Steve's Repair in Charlton! Received a call back within an hour of leaving a message. Spoke to Jamie who was WONDERFUL. They were out to our house by late morning. A few hours later a new well pump and wiring was installed and the water was running again. We will call them again if we need Well work done. Steve and Jamie were polite, knowledgeable and an excellent team. Thank you!

Let me just say how thankful we are to Steve for his quick response and expertise in supporting our critical need. While replacing a retaining wall in proximity to our well, we found the water pipe feeding the house running just under the old wall necessitating the need to reroute the existing water line and repositioning the pitless adaptor. Appreciate Steve and his team for the great support through the entire process. Could't ask for a better Team. Thank you again sir !

Absolutely without a doubt best choice ever for my well needs. Professional, great job thanking them isn’t enough. We struggled with water for years. We now have water!! You don’t what you need until it’s gone. We have free flowing water, pressure and loving it!! Minimal upset to daily life. Reasonable price for a job exceptionally well done.

On July 28, 2025 Steve and his wife became heroes for me. One of my son's and his family were visiting my area from CA. They were going to arrive on Mon July 28. The Sat before the pump in my well failed. I called another well company and they said it would cost $8500.+ to repair the well. After calling my son and explaining the situation to him, he said if I purchased everything before he arrived perhaps he could fix it for me. I purchased everything I thought he would need, but alas he is an ER/ICU Nurse not a plumber. After realizing he would be unable to fix the well, I went back to Google and found Steve's Repair LLC. Although it was their 1st day back from vacation and they had many other people who needed them, they came to my house and were able to repair my well for less they 25%
