Neat N Tidy House Cleaning

I just recently hired this company to do a deep cleaning with organization. I made it clear if the job was too big for the quote I received, I would be happy to pay more and schedule extra time. The men that came did make a lot of progress but did little organizing and missed a lot of cleaning. My floors, floorboards, and cabinets were still quite messy. They overloaded my washer and dryer by putting 3 king sized blankets in each. My washer malfunctioned after they had left, so I was unable to report it. The most concerning part was my missing items such as measuring spoons and cups, shower soap caddy, many of my roommate's shower items, several dishes, and oddly all of my pasta but somehow left rotting potatoes. I was so excited to try Near N Tidy and booked them for monthly cleaning services. First, they went to the wrong house and that was over an hour after the scheduled arrival time. I had hidden a key because I was at work. When I came home hours later they had left a candle burning! Who lights a candle in someone else’s house? Then I told the company and they said I was lying. To top it all off, very few things were even cleaned. Dirty floors and bathrooms. The day after I complained they asked me for a picture of the lit candle and floors. I told them I wanted nothing to do with them and to cancel future services. When I just checked days later, they have not. I wish I could get a partial refund if the $400 I basically flushed down the drain but I want nothing more to do with this company.
