We replaced a dining room window. Victor was are sales associate & had excellent product knowledge an ideas. We closed the deal the same day. Cheyenne was the project coordinator and was also able to improve our install date as we were leaving town. Very grateful for that. Nick came by to go over the installation & assured us everything would go well. Marcin was the installer he showed up on time & he & his partner had the window installed quickly & professionally. There was a blemish on one of the window frames. They sent a guy out to repair the blemish. Can't even tell it was repaired. We were very happy with the process. Everyone followed through with what they said they were going to do. Quality of work was excellent & we love our new window !

My wife and I have finally come to the point where we want to start investing in our home, and upgrading the things that we knew needed to be done when we bought the house five years ago. We kicked this process off by changing out all the windows that hadn’t been recently replaced - 18 in total. We scheduled a few appointments to weigh our options and finally settled on Pella after meeting with our sales rep, Victor. He was extremely knowledge of the products and what would work best for what we wanted long term. Not only was he explaining to us about window form and function, but he also let our kids in on the appointment by letting them touch and feel his demo unit so they would know how their new windows would look and function. The expected start day was within the promised time line

Victor was prompt and very pleasant to deal with. He was able to answer all our questions and had a few of his own. We appreciated his professionalism and were able to decide to go with Pella immediately. In addition, pricing was much better than Anderson for the same product and service. Thank you Victor!

Terrible. It's been over A YEAR since we ordered our Pella windows (through Lowe's) and they still are not fixed. Pella promised in August that they would take care of things and here we are in October to learn that some sills are STILL to small, some were not even shipped, and the wrong screens were shipped BY PELLA. I've dealt with so many different reps, and installers and customer service people, it's been a total drain of time and patience. And did I mention it's taken A YEAR and the windows are still not working properly???

Victor helped us select windows and a door for our third project with Pella. He made the process easy and answered all of our questions about the new windows. He guided us through all the options and made us feel confident about our decision. Highly recommend!
