Do not use their elevators. The elevator got stuck and dropped two feet while I was inside alone. I was terrified. The manager didn't even offer to comp my parking after what happened. Awful place. I feel bad for the lady that works there and has that inconsiderate boss.

They don't advertise but their overnight specials don't apply and they start a 'day' at 5am so if you park overnight even if less than 24 hours be prepared to pay for two full days. They are ripping people off and the lot is barely full. Go for any other option and you'll be better off.

First 4 floors are all reserved and mostly empty parking spots. The public parking is the top 4 floors, which if you arrive after 9am you will be driving all the way to the top because after driving by all the empty reserved spots the top half of the garage is completely filled up. Kinda sucked. And it's not free. Sucks how expensive it is to park in Boston. Anywhere, and everywhere.

Driving in and checking the rates (board with prices next to the entrance) - ok, it'll be a $19 set back for 1-2hrs stay. Coming out after 1hr 40min and the system says $25. Going out to talk to the clerk and he is brilliant - sorry, you're right but I can't do anything and I can't let you out either, and I can't reach out to my manager. Wow... Ok, gonna do a credit card dispute. Bad business, misadvertising and untrained personnel. Happened on October 8th 2018 in the morning.

Super cheap weekend parking. Also location is paramount for the seaport district. Just a quick walk in any direction will bring you to one of Boston's many tourist attractions.
