Ned’s works thoroughly, they do quality work and have good pricing. We have been with Ned’s for many years without any issues. Their team also contributes to their excellent reputation. They are seasoned professionals that are courteous and respectful of the house that they are working on.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The two techs who came to my house cleaned out my gutters and washed them out after all the leaves and debris was removed. They were considerate of my home and cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable for the service provided.

I called Ned’s Home a couple years ago in need of gutter cleaning. The rep I spoke to offered their year-round subscription for three cleanings when leaves are present at a discount, plus discounts on any other services they offer. I added a siding powerwash and dryer vent cleaning at a great price. I believe the membership is worth it and it’s great peace of mind to never have to schedule cleanings or worry about it, they take care of everything for me. Their workers are friendly and courteous, shoot me a text when they’re on their way and do an excellent job. So thankful I found them.

Let me just say that I am so happy that Ned Stevens sent me a link to review the company. Every step of the way, the service was superior. I made the appointment with Spencer and he was polite, informative and efficient. He was able to schedule my gutter cleanings for the very same week. The gentlemen who came to clean the gutters were kind, careful and incredibly hard working. We have an old slate roof and they were very careful not to do any damage. The gutters were a complete mess. We had perennials growing in them! And these gentlemen worked until they sparkled. They also informed my husband of one small issue with our drains upon discovering it. Lastly, I spoke to another woman on the phone regarding a moss issue on our other roof. They lied about work being completed, charged me for services that were never performed, and even billed me twice for the same items. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with excuses and evasive responses instead of solutions or accountability. It’s clear this company prioritizes padding their invoices over providing honest, quality service. I expected a professional job and got dishonesty and inflated charges instead. Avoid this company unless you want to pay for things you’ll never receive.
