Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

One of the downspouts of our commercial building required a minor repair. Ned's Commercial Services was expedient in providing an estimate, which was very reasonable, and scheduling the repair. All the staff members with whom I've spoken are courteous and professional. The work quality is also high. I have no doubt going back to them for future jobs

This isn't the first time I've used Ned Stevens for my gutter cleaning service. They're always kind, polite,, understanding and on time. They always do a great job. My only regret is that I had no idea they also cover other things like pest services. Had I known that, I wouldn't been conned into a contract with another unscrupulous company and as soon as I can flick that booger, I'm calling Ned Steven for my pest services as well. I highly recommend this honest and trustworthy company.

This company was infuriating to work with. I requested a cleaning and inspection of my guttering. They showed up a week earlier than they had indicated and texted me just moments before arriving and I was not able to be home when they worked on my house. The workmen destroyed the four story downspout. It was very obvious that their ladders did not reach anywhere near the top of my house (after I told them just how tall it was) and they just flushed all of the debris into the downspout which was then so clogged they just beat it to try and unblock it until it was severely dented and misshapen, now had two holes in it and one of the brackets was broken off and laying in my yard - none of which existed before their ‘cleaning and inspection’. Ugh. Came for gutters. But didn’t touch the downspouts. I looked at downspouts where they came to ground. All full of leaves and debris. I cleaned them all. Took me about 35 minutes. These guys are cheap but do half the job. Never again

Really need to tell your headquarters to stop using their automated system which continuously calls a customer from various numbers. The calls come almost every hour even after I asked it to remove me from their list. They followed up with me and took care of the issue.
