The owner Keith, is the most untrustworthy and incompetent contractor I have had work for me ever. Let me first start off by saying my wife and I moved to Johnstown after being honorably discharged from the Army, Military Police Corp. We bought our first house and we were very excited to start our family, we just had a few things that needed done to make the home perfect for us. We had many different contractors with “Need A Hand Handyman” being our last. Keith took advantage of us and our lack of knowledge as homeowners, we trusted him with our home and he was an absolute pain to work with. He was never present for any actual work and instead had a ragtag group of unskilled henchmen rotating through the job that smelled like alcohol and marijuana. If I could give ZERO stars I would. My new ceramic floor shower leaked water from day one! They came back several times, same result. The last time they came back the so carpenter said we will use the "good stuff" this time! My lord! over $$$ 8000.00! I had a new carpenter come in to remove the entire shower and floor. MOLD everywhere. Horrible workmanship !!

Thoroughly impressed with the work they did redoing my parents' kitchen. Everything looks fantastic. The workers were very nice not just to my parents' but even my neighbors. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I contacted them for work in my home in Johnstown after recently moving there. The unskilled workers they sent out FIRST stepped on my cats tail and didn’t apologize to me OR my cat after she squealed and hissed at them for doing so. They just shrugged it off. So they continued with their work. Secondly, they took advantage of the fact that I didn’t have much knowledge about carpentry work and did absolutely terrible work in my home. Last, but surely not least, at the tail-end of the job, one of the workers dropped a piece of heavy wood on my cat, Ginger’s, head. She got two cauliflower ears from this and ended up passing away shortly thereafter. The workers had already finished the job by the time she passed, but dropping something on her head probably didn’t help the whole being alive th
