Neels' Ideal Plumbing, Heating And Air

We needed to have some plumbing work done and called Neels’ Plumbing after reading the google reviews. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and they were able to repair our problem quickly. They called us when they were on their way here and arrived within the window of time promised. Travis was great! He got to work and communicated with us during the repair. We will recommend Nell’s to anyone who needs work done. Thank you Nell’s for such great work!

I had sulfur smell from my water since I moved to Cape Fair. Tried all the fixes to take it away but nothing worked. Called Neels Plumbing & they came out & suggested a filtration system. I didn't have room for tank where my water came into the house & Travis came up with a solution. Came back in a few days & installed system & made sure everything was good before leaving. Filtration system works great & no smell & water taste great. They called a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should. I have used them on other plumbing issues & they are always on time & professional. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs

Fantastic company! The staff was prompt in addressing our concerns with our grinder pump. He took the time to show me what happened and made sure the repair was configured in a way to prevent a recurrence.

Family owned and operated…Reasonable and honest business that knows how to repair and maintain heating and cooling. They also have a ton of experience with plumbing. I will continue to use them for my home needs. I did not take pictures of the work done but I am sure they did and likely have some posted on their site. I am extremely satisfied with every interaction I have with these professionals.
