It's a nice, conscientious and informative team working here. Great quality products for woodworking, construction and hobbies. The store is a wonderful resource for northwestern Vermont.

Every time I go to this awesome establishment they are super helpful and professional. If they don’t have the tools or items you need they will get them or sell you the floor model. They are the go to local tool and woodworking items supplier I recommend everyone be a patron to.

Lack of prices for shelf items is a total turn off for me. I know tool pouch prices are high, but couldn't compare one product to another. Ordered one on Amazon and received it in 2 days. Did I mention 4 guys behind the counter never asking me if I needed assistance? 🤔

Come here for all you could ever want in a tool store. The real deal!! The guys here know what they are selling and have all the high end carpentry tools, chisels,knifes,saws,Cabinetry tools and jigs all the good names. I own my own carpentry company and only buy tools from here.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent selection of higher-quality gear. I’d much rather shop here than at the big box stores with untrained staff and (often) substandard goods. While this store seems to cater to pros, I’m just a semi-skilled DIY’er, but the team at Russell Supply treats me well.
