I had to call them as I was locked out of my '06 Corolla. My experience with them had been very sour at the beginning mostly due to communication issue with their dispatch center. The phone number listed will connect you to an agent. The agent will dispatch you a technician (in house or contractor). As such, your experience could vary depending on which one you get. The agent initially would not discuss about service charge, and I was told it would be handled by a technician. However, the final price due was about 70% more than the original agreed price due to taxes and fees. I tried calling the number again, but the second agent was not helpful at all.
