Twice in the last week Dale and his 2 different partners were here to do Two Different jobs. What a great guy to have take the lead on these jobs. Professional, Kind, Smiling and Safe. He knew exactly what he was doing, and what was needed from our company. Thank you Dale.

New Year’s Eve day, technician Dale Beam arrived to my firehouse to repair the door which has been out of service for a few days. The previous technician said the door needed to be replaced. I had contacted R&S again about some problems that I noticed myself which were wrong with the door and requested service, That’s when they sent out Dale and he did an excellent job, he replaced parts, realigned mechanisms, and overall gave it to once over. Some really bad people drove their truck into our gate and robbed our building. I was really down. I called R&S North Peninsula and Yovitha was AMAZING. She called everyone and made it all happen, Will went to take measurements and then Jeff sent the proposal. 2 crews, total of 4 of the superstars showed up with the new gate at almost 4 and finished at 7. We ordered them pizza to thank them since it was dinner time. They installed a nice new sturdy gate. Great job.

Great experience as always. Dale and Clay came out to install a new 14' x 10' roll up door at our Bakery. Dale does a great job explaining everything pre and post install and ensures we are happy before the job is finished. We've been working with R&S for almost 20 years.

Called R&S for an emergency repair on a comercial garage roll up door in a 55 and over access controlled community. Kevin and Genaro arrived well within the 2 hour appointment window. Kevin and Genaro were very professional diagnosed the issue efficiently and thoroughly while also communicating clearly to what they found and what the best solution would be for this situation. My roll up door was back in service in less than three hours from the moment I called R&S! Very pleased with R&S technicians and service A+!
