Neighborhood Windows & Doors

My experience with their window replacement was top notch, but I have to say for a 6000$ door replacement I was under the impression it would look more finished. Still have some cleaning of the stucco around the door, need to caulk some of the gaps in the frame and either make or locate covers for the ring of fasteners around the frame.

The installers were incredible, going above and beyond in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. It was as if it came naturally to them. Their professionalism shone through as they took the time to clean up, treating the owner's belongings and materials with care. These outstanding installers inspired me to invest in more windows and a sliding door for the next phase of my renovation.

From the first appointment for measuring to the install, inspection and follow up. Excellent customer service, communication, follow up and through. The windows look amazing and we couldn't be more pleased with the product and services we received! Great job! Highly recommend!

Mr Doug Rood, is a great example of customer service. After calling us ahead of his arrival, he arrived on time, listened to our description of what we wanted and gave an excellent presentation for how Neighborhood Windows and Doors, could bring it to fruition. I called Doug a number of times with changes to the plan and clarification of various concerns and each time , if he didn’t have an immediate answer, he called me back in a timely manner with the the information I was seeking.
