Nelson tree service was at my house today to take down a big tree. They did an amazing job. The yard looks so much better. They cleaned up after their self. They saved me some firewood. The only communication I had was my ring camera and a telephone call they did everything I asked them to do I would recommend them.

They apparently had to cut a tree behind my back yard. My back yard that is fenced but there is road access behind it. No reason for them to go in my yard. A worker not only half blocked my driveway, but he also took the chain off my gate, entered my yard, unchained the back gate and walked out. We have a 125lb German Shepard who I was letting out… when I told him he needs to knock and ask if he can use my yard before just entering it, he said nothing. When I asked him if he was going to chain the gate back up he said “oh I didn’t know it was chained” how sir? You just took it off to go through it. He did proceed to wrap it back up, but at the bottom and not secured. What if my dogs were out? What if one bit you? Who’s responsible then. When I called to complain…no answer. Go figure.

Guys working in gratiot county Michigan. Super rude think they can do whatever they want. One of the crew leaders even tried to fight Me after he about ran me off the road.. very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend 0 out of 5 stars

Literally sat and watched workers from this company pull off on the side of my road to eat lunch and throw their trash out the window. When the company was contacted about this they blocked our number. Way to make people's neighborhoods look pitiful and not take accountability.

They started cutting my tree down last Friday and made good progress. They got the top of the tree out of the power lines and said they'd return first thing Monday. Came back Monday and honestly...fooled around most of the day before leaving early. I wasn't home but I could check and see what they were doing on my security cameras. They left a note promising they'd be back to finish the next day (Tuesday). It's now Thursday and they've made no attempt to come back. If this isn't done by the end of next week, I'll be contacting another company who actually does good work.
