Completely ruined the tree we had out front when they came through to “trim” for PSEG. Reached out to company prior, no call back, reached out after no call back. We are left with a totally unrecognizable shell of a previously beautiful shade tree.

This is the first time I’ve ever given a bad review on any company. I would give less than one star if I was able to. I’ve never seen a company do a worse job and trimming trees. I’ve lived in my house for 25 years and they have completely destroyed the trees out front. At this point it would be better to have the trees taken down and new ones planted. Not only did they over prune them to the point where the branches will probably start snapping off in storm and snow, but they left a completely broken limb (broken by their company) up, that is being propped up by another branch. Our township is now coming out tomorrow to take the whole limb down so that it doesn’t fall. I am so disgusted with this company. This job was definitely given to the lowest bidder, and the work shows that you get

Terrible truck drivers. Can’t drive or drive speed limit. Clogs up random parking lots like Dunkin and Wawa, in the way every single day

They ruin trees on people's property and don't care whatsoever. They're told to contact the homeowners before starting work, but promptly ignore that and do what they want to. They destroyed all but one tree in my parents' back yard -- trees they have had for decades -- and only didn't destroy the final one because my parents noticed and stopped them. This was a part of annual trimming, which had been done in the past plenty of times by other companies without a problem. Note that this was not a matter of only trimming the top away from the power line -- they trimmed THE ENTIRE SIDE of all trees all the way to the ground/bottom, meaning parts nowhere near the powerline. This means that they actually went out of their way and did extra work to destroy the trees...and there's absolutely no w
