Loved this crew! Was the best crew we’ve ever had and we’ve moved around for 18 yrs!! Dexter and his crew out of ATL took care of us from pickup to drop off!! He also had a guy working with him from Jamaica that kept us laughing!!

This move has been nothing but stress and frustration. First, they packed and took belongings that were never supposed to leave — things we specifically said to leave behind. That was the first red flag. Now, our delivery is delayed almost 3 weeks, with no straight answers and no one willing to take responsibility. Everyone just points fingers while we’re left without our things. Terrible communication, terrible service. I would never recommend this company.

If you value your sanity, do not use this company. They grabbed items they weren’t authorized to take, ignored instructions, and now we’ve been sitting for almost 3 weeks without our household goods. Every call is just another runaround with no answers. A simple delivery date took a week to setup just to be told I have to wait a week for delivery. Absolutely unprofessional.

This has been the worst moving experience I’ve ever dealt with. First, the movers took items that were specifically NOT supposed to be taken — items that were never registered and that we made clear should stay behind. That was the first headache. Now, after all of that, we’ve been left waiting nearly 3 weeks for our household goods with no clear explanation. Every time we reach out, we’re given different excuses, pushed back further, or told “it’s someone else’s fault.” No one takes accountability. It’s just constant finger-pointing between parties, while we’re stuck without our belongings. Moving is stressful enough, but this company made it ten times worse.
