I called a competitor who replaced the garage door for a prior owner about opener problem, they said they would check it and repair or replace if necessary. They came and did a cursory check and said you need new but luckily they didn't bring a jackshaft, only a chain drive. Seemed to me they were clueless so i called Neptune and they quoted me price over the phone and came relatively soon (theyre busy) and the tech Alex asked whats up and i told him opener had been checked and needs replacement but he checked it himself and got it to work! Guess who i'll call when this opener finally does give out? Great service, not a rip off!

Great garage door company. I had a problem w my garage door from a previous installer. They fixed the problem. They were honest, on time (communicated throughout the day regarding arrival) and reasonable and knew what they were talking about. I would highly recommend them for garage door installation. We called Neptune garage to fix a problem with our garage door opening intermittently. The tech replaced the track rollers then charged $930.00. They had to come back because the original problem wasn't fixed. He then changed and repositioned the sensors. He left wires exposed from the sensor replacement. The problem was still not fixed. I called to speak to a manager, was told I would receive a call back, and they never called. We will NEVER use them again!

Alex the tech was great! He helped us with a ton of issues, with 2 garage doors. Made a few recommendations and we went with all of them. Thank you - Neptune Garage Door Company really is impressive and responsive, highly recommend.
