We had all our windows and doors replaced by Neptune Windows this past July, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. Right from the very beginning, the sales process was smooth and professional. Our sales representative, Curtis, was incredibly helpful, always prompt in getting back to us and answering every question with patience and expertise. It truly made the decision-making process stress-free. When it came to the installation, the crew was exceptional (German and Abel and the rest of the crew) polite, courteous, and very clean. The work was to perfection. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional and easy to talk to. They are very detailed and make sure all the work is to your liking. I was lucky to have Adrian oversee the work. And I was also lucky with the workers Eduardo and Diego. If all three men represent Neptune, they know how to hire the right people. I am very happy and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I was pleased with the cost. I thought it was fair for what we got. Quality of the doors and windows was excellent. The installers did a great job! Hardly made a mess. Repaired any damaged stucco and cleaned up afterwards! The only part that they missed the mark was on the follow up. Salesman never called to see if we were happy with everything. We live 2 minutes from the business so couldn't be easier to stop by and check out results. Felt they dropped the ball on that! Also had a couple of billing hiccups but nothing serious. Big reduction in outside noise and heat transfer! Impact windows and doors a major plus to safety, security and efficiency!
