I know most of you like myself don't like going to the electric dept. But all the employees were friendly especially the man greeting you at the door.

Unlike other entities that if you are unhappy with the services in Nashville this is the only place to go to get electricity in your home But they are not slow to take your payment and they have a drop off box in the front entrance that allows you to pay when they are closed on the weekends, that have envelopes for your convenience
