Ness Restoration was one of several companies that came to inspect a crawl space issue we discovered. They communicated well, they were very professional and wore appropriate gear to go down into the crawl space area (and actually went into the crawl space, unlike other companies that didn't bother to do anything but poke their head down into the opening). They took pictures throughout the crawl space area and provided a written summary of the findings with the pictures and what they felt needed to be done. We were all set to use them, but discovered our radon readings were too high and needed this addressed with more specialized equipment and set up, in addition to putting in a vapor barrier. At this time this is not a service Ness provided, but they are planning to in the future. T

We called Ness when mold was found during a house inspection for the sale of our home and the home sale fell through. They promptly and professionally took care of the mold in the attic and crawl space. In addition, they worked with us to solve roofing and structural issues. Ness Restoration was awesome. They worked with my son to begin with regarding issues with Richmond American Homes regarding a blackwater problem we had with construction. Ness Restoration came in to correct work done by their contractor's to complete and correct the work the othe vendor did. I would hire them in a minute.

Excellent experiences with Nest Restoration. They both remediated and then repaired our home after a water pipe burst. The work they did was top notch. They are very easy to work with and very good with communication. Earlier this year we had several issues in our crawl space that they addressed quickly and thoroughly. Strong recommend!
