Not surprised by their terrible ratings and reviews. They also screwed me as well. Got a quote from Edgar for concrete. When I call dispatch to schedule the delivery they tell me that they cannot do it at that price. I then speak to the supervisor Criag who says he will honor the price given by Edgar. I then once again call dispatch to schedule and speak to another lady who is now telling me they can do it but it will now cost thousands of dollars more. Its ridiculous at this point, it seems like a bait and switch tactic to me and now I have to reschedule everything and go with another supplier. Shady people who work for nevada ready mix, the ratings and reviews speak for themselves. Sierra or Cal Portland will be a better option. Don't use this terrible company.

Just saw one of their semi drivers acting like a complete moron. Cut across 3 lanes of traffic on the 215 with rocks and sand flying out the back, no regard for safety at all, just to camp in the left lane

Nevada Ready mix absolutely sucks. The scheduling system and how they treat their employees is ridiculous and absurd, causing safety issues. The drivers have to call in at 6 pm everyday to know what time they report the next day. Cant make ANY plans because you know nothing until 6 pm. They are given a start time but NEVER an end time. They dont know what time they end until the dispatcher tells them this is your last run. They could go to work at 10 pm, 1 am, 6 am, whatever NRM pulls out of their hat. How do you get rest this way? They dont do any background checks nor drug tests. So you have sleepy, tired drivers who could be on any type of substance or alcohol driving around on Nevada roads

I will never do business with this company again. I called to order a concrete delivery 5 days prior to the day I was going to pour. I asked for a pump mix obviously because I needed to pump the concrete. Instead of mentioning that they have three different "types" of pump mix, Michelle gave me a price and assured me the concrete would be there at the time and date. When the date arrived, the pump company showed up early and we got everything set up. The concrete was supposed to show up at 10am, but when I had not heard from Nevada Ready Mix, I called to check if they were on time. Michelle answered and said, "No, that load is not going to be on time." No call, no communication, until I called. I told her my pump was waiting.
