We went from a potentially dangerous situation with old wood on our property for our son, to now a much more manageable environment for him to play on next spring. The team went above and beyond to help with a few unexpected circumstances and in under two weeks we had grass fully grown. Thank you to this team for an amazing job and being fairly priced. We plan to use their services again for outdoor projects!

I live in the Briarcrest community in Morgantown, PA, which is serviced by New Castle Lawn and Landscape. After the last snowstorm, my driveway was not fully cleared. They left about two feet of packed snow across part of the driveway, which makes it impossible to park two cars and safely get children in and out of our vehicles. The snow has been there for over a week. I reached out to the company today through Facebook Messenger and received only an automated reply saying someone would get back to me. I also contacted my HOA over 24 hours ago and have not received a response. This is more than an inconvenience. Throughout the process changes were easily implemented and the onsite team kept the working area contained so we were not constantly cleaning. We are extremely happy with our new outdoor space.

I cannot say enough about New Castle Lawn & Landscape. They were so professional and responsive from start to finish. My salesperson, Chrissy, is amazing at her job. I had my quote within a day of her visit. We made several changes to my landscape plan upon my request and each time I had the new drawings the very next day. They were able to work with my existing landscaping keeping some of my favorite things and replacing others with new plantings. I appreciated the fact that they didn't just want to tear everything out and start over. We also added a lighting package which looks so beautiful at night.
