Punctual Painting

We recently had the entire interior of our 2-story home painted by Punctual Painting, LLC, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Casey Fitzsimmons and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Casey was prompt, responsive, and willing to do anything we asked to make sure we were 100% satisfied. After the first day on the job, my wife and I decided we wanted to change the ceiling color. Even though work had already begun, Casey was flexible and gave us several options to make the change. This meant redoing what he had already painted and applying two fresh coats, but he had no problem accommodating our request. I hired Casey (Punctual Painting) to to paint hallway and steps in my house, and install new interior door and fix door frame. I don't know if he underestimated time it would take but work was not good. Lines were crooked. He didn't scrap out old calk before re calking. Lots of blemishes left in wall that we're not repaired ( which I specifically brought up before quote). Door was installed crooked. To his credit he did come back to fix issues however door was little better but still crooked. Paint blobs left on steps this time that will need to be sanded and repainted and foot print left in paint in middle of steps. I know it's his because of shoe tread 🤦🏻
