From start to finish, the team at New Creations Decks took excellent care of us and built a beautiful deck. Mike was fantastic to work with while finalizing the plans, and the crew completed the build quickly and with great craftsmanship. Communication was clear throughout the process, and their attention to detail really stood out. We absolutely love our new deck—my only regret is not going bigger!

New creation decks; this is a company that takes responsibility for their workers and their builds. I recommend this company because they did an awesome job with our new deck. We did have a small hiccup with the placement of the footings but they quickly resolved the issue and we were back on track. The workers are very respectful and would stop to answer our questions. John, the supervisor made a suggestion about the reconfiguration of the stairs and it worked out great. The decision that we made to do lighting and to do a privacy screen has exceeded our expectations. We had our 300 square foot backyard deck removed and replaced through New Creation Decks. Mike was great from start to finish. He did a thorough initial site visit, asked lots of questions and took time to review the various material and style options to make sure we were getting exactly what we were wanting. He set clear expectations for timeline regarding contract, payment dates, material delivery, installation, inspection and project wrap up. It was about three weeks from material delivery to project finish. There were a handful of workers that came through but Austin and Cameron were our primary project leads. They were great - communicative, professional, and friendly. We just love our new deck! 10/10 would recommend.

Cameron, Colton, and the rest of the crew were courteous, professional, and communicative throughout the teardown and rebuild for our new deck. They took great care and pride in their craftsmanship making sure everything was done properly and with our interests in mind.
