New England Appliance Repair

If I could I would give NO STARS for this no show company. Don't take off work and wait for these people. I had a scheduled appointment with them for a 3 hour window and they never showed and never called. I had to find out through the manufacturer that they cancelled at the last minute. Completely unreliable company. Now I'm completely confused by your response. Do you NOT know how to perform manufacturers warranty repairs on Fridgidaire appliances? Is that what you are saying? Here is what I was told after you didn't show. That you accepted the service call last week and that you cancelled sometime today (the day of the service call) and you neglected to call me and let me know. I was explicitly told that you were responsible for contacting me if there was a cancellation.

I made an appointment with Frigidaire to get my freezer repaired and they gave me the phone number to contact this repair company. I called 4 times and left a voice mail, but never got a response. I also confirmed with the Frigidaire rep the arrival window for the repairman. Never showed up, never called, never answered.

Never showed up for scheduled repair on 2 of Aug, I called new England appliance no answer ,I went to there shop thay where out of business store empty for rent sign in window

If I could post 0 stars I would. Dryer is on recall, and they have made 3 appointments with this company and they were three no shows. You try to call and all it does is ring and ring. I don’t intend to wait for four hours for a fourth time. Stay far away from this company and from Frigidaire since they obviously don’t vet their sub contractors very well. If you left voice and text messages, it certainly was not on my phone. The messages would still be on the phone and they are not. I had three appointments scheduled through Frigidaire. The dates were 8/10, 8/14, and today 8/16. Addendum 9/11/23. After a few hiccups (see above). Tom, the service tech, arrived at my home this morning well within the time window given to me. We had an issue with our washer, which was under warranty. Warranty company sent the work order to New England Appliance Repair. They were very communicative, reaching out via text to work out scheduling details, and the tech was terrific- problem was fixed in under an hour. Would use them again.
