I had a great experience with New England Building Products. Sylvain Lessard is the consultant that called on me to make the recommendation on my property for gutter replacement. This company was recommended by my property manager and I'm glad I called them. They made a very professional presentation, they were very reasonable and the gutters are not only working great but they are very attractive and look like expensive molding. They coordinated everything for me with some special requests I made starting with the removal of my gutters so that I could have my painters repaint the boards behind the gutters to the total replacement right away so my house had the gutters back on within a day after painting. FOR DELIVERY when you arrive, continue straight ahead until you reach the cul-de-sac. make u-turn and drive back to the rail road tracks. as you are approaching the truck entrance, look for the bay/dock/door with 2 yellow lines. proceed to set your truck up on the street to reverse into the driveway, aiming your trailer to go in between those yellow lines. Be patient it can take up to maximum 2 hours depending on your load

I would like to start off by saying the company has no customer service skills at all. They came to finish insulating my house. My husband and I went over on a Saturday to start cleaning our house. From these photos this was in our powder room upstairs in our house. Which the insulation guys were working downstairs in our basement. My husband was in the bathroom hanging lights and we smelt something horrible and we looked down on our sink in the bathroom and saw this. It was poop left on our sink from someone using our bathroom. It was hard and not easy to be removed. I spoke to a higher up manager in the company. He spoke to his crew about it, they told him they were very adamant they didn't do it and that there would 2 other guys in my house that day, which there wasn't. My husband and I

Great pricing for residential or commercial buildings new or renovations. The people are polite professionals with builders integrity. 5 stars!

Had an absolute terrible experience, worst customer service ever. It's been 4 1/2 months and job was left unfinished. Reached out to them that job wasn't done, got no response, 2 weeks go by and I get a call looking for final payment. Would never even consider using this company again!
