I can’t say enough amazing things about New England Drain Service! Vinny helped me with a clogged tub drain and truly went above and beyond. He did a terrific job and was professional, kind, and completely trustworthy from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, the pricing was very fair, and he cleaned up everything perfectly afterward. This company is extremely reliable, responsive, and customer-focused, and it’s clear they take great pride in providing top-notch service. When I called my plumber and explained my issue he immediately suggested calling New England Drain Service to solve my problem. The guy they sent over couldn’t have been more polite, knowledgeable and patient. He fixed the issue entirely and didn’t price gouge in the least. I highly recommend this company. I had spoken to Dan explained the situation, he made his recommendation without seeing the problem, (which only comes from experience) and everything he said and recommended is what corrected the stubborn situation. They were on time and very prompt in coming out to solve the problem. A company you can trust and they KEEP their word. Very professional, honest, quality work in every detail along the way. New England Drain Service completed a Title 5 inspection and necessary repairs for us. Franny was exceptional - he took great care of the property and was responsive at every turn.
