I give them 1 star because they came But I was the last person of the day and they pump it out for 10 minutes and the said that was enough time to take care of a tank 1500 gallons with 350 gallon of extra ( stuff) and I was full again in 8 days In my opinion go somewhere ELSE TY

My family and I have used New England Sanitation before and have had no problems. When we had an emergency, however, we were told it wasn’t a real emergency and the soonest someone could come out, was 5 days later. Granted, our entire basement was flooded, we had no access to water, and were staying in a hotel with our dog. The woman, Lisa, who answered the phone was unsympathetic and extremely unhelpful. Thankfully, another company was able to squeeze us into their booked schedule somehow.

Cannot express the extent of my gratitude. These guys showed up and fixed all of our problems. We had been out of town and came back to blocked pipes and not able to use our water. Our plumber couldn't help (above his ability) so we called a rooter company who charged us $250 and did NOTHING. New England Sanitation came out went through the entire process with us and everything is as it should be and it cost the same as the mo mo's who did nothing. They were prompt and professional and definitely knew their stuff. Highly recommend!

Very happy Camper! We live on a steep hill and two other companies came and said they were unable to service our septic because of the inability to enter the drive to run their hose. Kevin, the GREAT tech from NE Sanitation, came and said "No problem" and proceeded to run a long hose in from the street! Needless to say, I'm very happy and would certainly recommend NE and Kevin to neighbors and friends.

I have used them for the first time a month ago and they came on time and performed the service. They installed a new filter for me and within a month it got clogged. I called late in the evening with the problem and they came next morning for no charge to clear the clog. Great Service and friendly customer service. GOOD Job!
