I been buying windows and doors from new Era Windows Cooperative for the past 2 year's I have never had a problem with my orders, they always have my orders right and on time I want to give a big thanks to all the employees at new era for the great customer service they provide and the excellent job they do. I am a builder/developer, I totally rely on the sales/customer service representative of every supplier I have, the people at New Era have always gone the extra mile to help me with my orders, I have been working with them for several years and hope to continuing working with them, the great quality along with the affordable prices is key to our relationship.

We sourced custom casement windows for the storefront of our bookstore from New Era and were absolutely thrilled. Great experience working with them, excellent customer service and a high quality, attractive product that's holding up extremely well. An awesome company, and a real bonus that it has such a great worker-owned structure.

Got windows from them for the whole house many years ago through my installer. He did not install the screens for the patio door and the 4 casement windows and disappeared. So for many years we could not open any of the windows and the patio door for fresh air. Recently was able to contact New Era Windows and told them the story of my missing screens. To my delight they not only gave me my screens right away but without any charge. Can’t be more thankful and happy. Would highly recommend them. Also, love the windows we have throughout the house.
