Not sure if the place is good or not. Since 2 weeks ago I first been there I couldn't reach the agent, Sunny. Single email and she disappears again. Always on lunch, with another customer or somewhere else. Two weeks they haven't even started yet. Glad, I haven't made full payment in advance, I'll find the place that won't avoid paying customers.

Because of errors (wrong measurements) they made, careless and irresponsible workers, my kitchen needs additional 4-5 days to renovate. They messed up my schedule. And they rejected to pick up the countertop from my house and fix it. It is ridiculous. APOLOGY IS NOT JUST A WORD. TIME IS MATTER.

I ordered for kitchens and they messed up both. First kitchen: were missing pieces (legs for pantry cabinet) they told me to wait a week I had no time to wait and had to drive to New Jersey to pickup from their another warehouse + they sent me wrong handles. Second kitchen: same problem with pantry legs and they delivered me 3 time different color door( can you imagine 3 times ) and now they are trying to charge me for the door.
