They are not cheap, but you get what you pay fore. The crew that showed up worked very well together and were super respectful. Due to the weather conditions they had to work in unfavorable conditions but demonstrated a positive attitude throughout the project. The foreman in particular was always upbeat and set a positive example for his entire crew. I would like to thank him particularly for being so professional and keeping the project on track despite the weather conditions. The only constructive criticism I have would be for the company to do a better job in their contract to point out that the additional charge for OSB board also includes the labor to install it. Overall I am very happy with my new roof and it was a delight to meet this crew.

We had a great experience with NHR. The team was professional, responsive, and very efficient throughout the project. Even with a few snowy days this season, they completed a full tear-off and installed the new shingles in just three days. Our house previously had very little attic ventilation, so they also installed a proper ventilation system along with new flashing to make sure everything is sealed and functioning correctly. The crew worked hard and paid attention to the details. We really appreciate the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company in the Post Falls / CDA area.

Mark McDonald’s met me at our home, assessed the work that needed to be done, and fully explained the importance of the project. He then quoted me a deal I could not refuse and quickly got the company to set up an appointment. The gentlemen that dod the work did it on a snow covered roof and did it expeditiously and thoroughly. I am very pleased and woukd use New Heightscwgain in a heartbeat!

New heights did a great job tackling all of our needs in a timely and friendly manner. I worked with Brandon and Alex - they both were very informative and kept in contact every step of the way. Brandon came out multiple times to address questions and concerns regarding a commercial metal roof and broke things down in a way I could understand. The office staff was polite and helpful as well. All around It was a great experience, and I enjoyed working with them.

Devin and Curtis came out to do some gutter rework, and were so awesome. They were knowledgeable, personable, and thoughtful towards the work. And they were efficient! I was very impressed with the entire team, from the initial assessment, to the scheduling, to the work being done. They listened to my concerns and were very honest, which goes a long way. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and using them again for the next scope of work I need.
