I did a full kitchen remodel with Amber and her contractor Delwin and the work was excellent; however, one of the workers damaged my gas cooktop and Delwin stated that he would replace it with a new, undamaged unit. That was a year and a half ago and after many texts, Delwin is now not responding to me. Amber never checked with me at the completion of my project and assured me that they would fix the chip in my sink. That has been almost six months ago! I am extremely frustrated and feel that I have no other option than to leave an unfavorable review. Amber never responded right away to me, which added another level of frustration. Very disappointed!!

My husband and I just built a new home and used Amber at New Hite design for our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room! She was absolutely amazing to work with! She was awesome and she designed all of our cabinets for us and kept us involved and informed every step of the way! Her kind friendly personality and amazing design work made our process so easy and enjoyable! I couldn’t have asked for better and highly recommend her for any of your design needs!

The work by this team is the exact opposite of all the horror stories you hear about remodeling. Absolutely superb! I can’t even list all that’s great about this team. To name a few, beyond the excellent quality (intricate tile work, custom cabinetry, great design eye): Zipper-tented our master bedroom from the master bath full renovation so we wouldn’t have to move out of our bedroom, swept and cleaned everyday to minimize dust disruption, asked questions as opposed to making assumptions when something unexpected would inevitably occur, kept impeccable track of even the smallest details on a multi-room project, ON TIME, courteous and lovely people to work with. If I I could give more than five stars, I would!
