We have a had a wonderful experience with this company! They've come out to service our hvac unit 2x now and we couldn't be happier. Our unit is a very old unit and instead of talking us replacing the unit which would run about $14,000 Rich was very understanding and suggested we try to replace the motor first. They took the time to contact their vendor and order the right part. They installed the motor and we instantly had heat again. We will definitely be reaching out in the future if we need service again. This company is an honest company. Rich and his partner are fast, efficient and reliable. Without any warning, mid-day, on a cold winter day, we lost heat in our house AND hot water. From the moment I spoke with the guys at New Holland HVAC, they showed amazing customer service! They were fast to respond. They were quick and efficient at solving the problem. And their rates were more than reasonable. I know who we will be calling from now on. HVAC covers all of my heating and AC systems with twice yearly checkups, changing of filters, etc. They faithfully answer all my questions patiently and give advice re other helpers I might need for household maintenance. The workers are courteous and efficient. I recommend them. I am especially grateful that they are a local company.
