Extreme winds a few weeks ago ripped asphalt shingles and caps from the peak of my roof. Upon discovering it, Zimmerman Roofing who installed my roof originally came out right away to assess and fix the damage on the spot. They ran to New Holland to purchase my new materials and returned promptly. Brandon Hess was wonderful, very professional, and experienced. He even double checked my attic, took pictures, etc. in assessing everything first. Thank you so much for a job well done, Brandon Hess, and Brailyn, for resolving my roof issues so rapidly, notwithstanding all the snow you had to deal with on the roof and ground! We had about 150 shingles missing from our roof, and we had the best experience and a job well done by Zimmerman's Roofing. First Paul came and looked over our roof and gave us an estimate right before he left. His professionalism, expertise, and knowledge were exactly what we were looking for. Gene is friendly and did an awesome job of answering questions and working through the process of picking roofing, windows, doors and siding. He was always available to talk with about any questions about the process. Brett is friendly and his teams were great at their work! It was impressive to see them work and when there were issues with our house like wood rot that needed to be fixed they handled it in stride without a problem.
