Disappointing Experience with New Horizons Landscaper I regret to share my incredibly disappointing experience with New Horizons Landscaper. The owner's rude behavior and the team's negligence have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, their team damaged our lawns while plowing snow, causing significant harm to the landscaping. We promptly reached out to New Horizons, expressing our concerns and requesting immediate repairs. Sadly, despite contacting them three times via email and phone, and even discussing the issue in person, they failed to address the damage. The owner's dismissive attitude towards our legitimate concerns was deeply disheartening. The owner, Hully, is just downright RUDE. Their lack of professionalism and failure to take responsibility for their team's action

We have used them for spring clean up, mulching, and grass cuts. They are regular and professional and the owner takes the time to meet with clients in person to discuss landscaping needs. We've had an excellent experience with them to date.
