On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get started. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. One of my neighbors moved to NC a few years ago and highly recommended "Hammer's" whom she hired. (New Horizons and Hammer's merged.). New Horizons was farther from our house than many other companies, and we paid for travel time, but hiring them was worthwhile. I have hired movers several times before, and New Horizons did the best job protecting our furniture and belongings that I have ever witnessed. No damage at all! The four fellas doing the lifting were polite, personable and responsive. And one of the owners, Amal, supervised the entire move, helping to ensure a smooth transition for us.

They were polite and careful with my belongings. However the tv was broken during the move and they provided no compensation. Not even the $75 separately charged to move the tv. They also require cash payment. Move your valuables separately.
