New Image Landscaping

ATTENTION: I have had service with this company for over 4 years. They were great at first. Then the work started to decline. I just had some landscaping work done and was quoted one price. In this project the company committed a humane mistake. They power washed my concrete pourch and side walk. Suggested a sealer for the concrete. The sealer turn my gray concrete to brown. They tried to correct it, but the paint They but down resulted in a light blue color. Also, the quoted 500 went to 750. I went to Lowes to investigate how clear sealer will turn gray concrete brown. Upon the investigation I found out that the sealer comes in colors, though it's translucent. This company wanted me to pay for there mistake. Unacceptable. I’ve been working with Moises for about a month now and I will never use anyone else! Their work alone is outstanding, my yard looks perfect after they’ve been here and done their thing. But more than that, he’s communicative and responsive - I asked him and his crew to clear some land and unfortunately the day we had scheduled, it had rained and rained and was way too wet for them to work. Instead of just calling, he came to my house at the scheduled time just to let me know that it was too wet and we had to reschedule. That’s a personal touch that’s hard to find. He always gives me a 15-30min window before he comes. He remembers everything I’ve asked him. And he takes the time to listen to me talk about the things I want to accomplish with my land. I've been using New Image Landscaping for about 6 months and I'm very impressed with their service. They always let me know when they're coming out and if they have to cancel due to weather. The price is reasonable for the yard size I have. And their flexible with the time to allow me time to co.e home and get my dog outside. I would highly recommend!

Saw advertising on one of the vehicles and it was a match made in heaven! Moses and his family are dependable, wonderful in communication, attention to detail, professional and more. What I love most is it’s a family effort. I especially like the way his dad mows the lawn and how his mom clears the weeds from the flowerbeds. I really appreciated how one of Moses’s nephews was able to translate one day. As a customer, I inform Moses if I need a cut, he lets me know the day he can come and voila, my lawn is manicured with a smile!!!Payment is arranged without being hassled and I love that bc I didn’t always have the payment on the day of cutting. I can’t say enough about this family business. They are the ones to call.
