Great service, NJ Stair installed our railing 20 years ago. After 20 years of uses the railing was a little loose. They come in and fixed the issue in 2 hours at a great price, better new.

This company got a high score on all fronts. As professionals too, we expect high standards. From Day 1, Rich was extremely professional...from arriving when he said he would, to showing samples, making recommendations, mapping out the railings and then pricing accordingly, as opposed to just throwing out a price. Rich replaced my 40 year old banister and balusters with an updated wood banister and iron (twist & basket) balusters. He guided me through the decision process with much patients and professionalism. He also stained the wood to match my stairs. It looks absolutely amazing and has a "Wow" factor!
