New Life Rockeries

Our experience with the New Life Crew was lovely. Everyone involved was kind, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated the crew checking in with us throughout the process as a few minor changes were needed as they worked to create a sturdy border around our front garden and build up small walls to contain existing hedges. We approved their ideas and they were open to ours. The project was finished in a timely way and the work sites were left looking complete and tidy. The crew sent to us functioned well as a unit, each knowing and completing their part of the project. I would definitely have them back when it’s time to take the next step in our project. Highly recommend.

We hired New Life Rockeries to install a retaining wall across the front property line of our home (including steps leading up to the level of the yard). The team was very professional from the start and communicated very clearly in every phase of the project. They worked at an impressive speed and delivered a high-quality product. Their work exceeded our expectations and they stayed within the original estimate. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up the worksite at the end of each workday. I'd definitely call on them again for future projects.

It’s taken me a while to get to this review, but I wanted to share our experience. We lost our home in the November 2024 bomb cyclone due to tree damage, which also took out part of our retaining wall. After getting several quotes, this company was by far the most reasonable — and as a family-owned and veteran-owned business, we were happy to support them! They did excellent work from start to finish. They kept costs in mind, stayed within budget, and offered us clear options along the way. They also delivered exactly when they said they would — the only delay was due to a freeze (and you can’t exactly dig frozen ground!). The team did a fantastic job building an 80’ long rock wall with steps in our backyard. The team arrived on time, worked very hard over three days, cleaned up very well after themselves and their work is rock artistry. The owner called several times to update us on schedules and to make sure we were satisfied. The team also took time to move some other rocks in our yard and even filled in the holes after moving them for us. They were careful around existing plantings. The estimate was spot on- and much lower than competitors for the same work. We can’t say enough for the company and work. We are very satisfied.

New life installed a paver patio and crockery in our back yard. Great team of skilled folks who are great fun to work with, reliable and flexible who clearly are focused on quality and the customer. The job was done much faster than we thought, and they handled rapidly changing scope with aplomb. Great family run company! We can wholeheartedly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
