New Magic Cleaners

I took a new pair of shorts here for cleaning and pressing. When I picked them up they had what appeared to be bleach stains on them and were ruined. When I brought it to their attention the woman behind the counter was accusatory flailing her arms saying "all wash together. A long time ago you brought in with stains." I advised her they were new. Blank stare. Wouldn't accept any responsibility for damaging the shorts.

I was extremely pleased with our first experience! I was only expecting my son's choir uniform to be dry cleaned, but they also pressed the unhemmed leg to match the other one and replaced a missing button! Friendly service that goes above and beyond!

I was getting married, and I brought my suit and white shirt to them at about 5pm the day before the wedding. They managed to dry clean and press everything and have it ready by 11am the next day! *disclaimer: it is not their company policy to have such a short turnaround time. They went above and beyond and did me a favor. The guy that rang me up was super nice and didn’t want to take the tip that I was offering. Thanks so much for your phenomenal service!

I did not feel valued as a customer, in my first (& last) time as a patron. When I encountered issue, the couple who run this business seemed to be playing good cop/bad cop, with the man on the phone being placating and the woman at the counter being combative and accusatory. My issue was an uneven clean on my winter coat, & I figured they were busy (beginning of December) & had simply overlooked my garment. It happens, so I shared my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund since my coat was 75% clean, not 100%. Instead of helping us find a satisfactory resolution, this is when the woman at the counter accused me of wearing it and dirtying it after it was cleaned (not the case). I ended up without a refund & when I settled to allow them to re-clean the coat, it was as close to 100% clean as

These people are so nice. Friendly, kind, and they’re always extremely happy to see you, which is not something you get very often! Their prices aren’t terrible either.
