New Mexico Air Filter

We got a 12-pack box of air filters from here when we switched over to central AC from an evaporative cooling system since it was recommended by our central AC installer who stated this place offers the best deal in town. The box lasted us for a few years and it was finally time to order another box. I called ahead of time and was informed the size I needed was in stock and to stop by during their hours of operation. Keep in mind they are closed for an hour from 12-1pm for lunch. Picked up my second box of air filters from them today, great price, no wait time, and courteous staff.

I have been doing business NM AF for many years. The owner and staff always go out of their way to help you. Very knowledgeable and the best prices in town. Yes, you wait, due to staffing shortage, two or three employees can only do so much at one time. Worth the wait!!

I called them in the morning, when I got there they had my filter pads for my Mastercool cut to fit. The man behind the counter was extremely helpful, and threw in some conditioning tabs for free. I am very pleased with them, service was top notch and the price was better than the big box stores, not to mention the satisfaction of supporting a local business.

Just so you know they are closed from 12 to 1 daily for lunch. And you have to call ahead to order what you need. I was not aware of either one of those things so I sat in my truck and no one answered the phone so an hour just to find out they don’t have what I need. And somehow THEY were rude to ME about it. As if I’m an inconvenience to them. You’d think that the line of people waiting outside and growing by the minute during lunch would tell them that maybe they should split lunch times so they can be open and not make everyone wait a whole hour. It seems there’s plenty of people working there

I’ve used this place over the years and have recommended them to my customers often. I love the service that they provide As far as products and the great customer service.
