We recently purchased a fixer-upper that needed a massive amount of work, and we were under a strict 1.5-month deadline to move out of our old home. I cannot express how grateful we are for this team. They took on the challenge and delivered beautiful results. ​They installed stunning porcelain marble and mid-century-inspired aloe subway tile that perfectly matches our home's aesthetic. My husband install our cabinets and marble countertops, which look high-end and seamless. To tie it all together, they installed laminate flooring that blends perfectly with our original mid-century woodwork. On top of the craftsmanship, they even helped us navigate the financing process. New Mexico Flooring Solutions is a family-run business that does a really good job start to finish. I worked with Hunter throughout the process. We looked at MANY local companies for the same LVP floor that we had selected. Hunter was the only one willing to provide licensing and insurance information along with a firm start date. The contract I signed was fair and not angled toward the store. All of this I share as the business model at New Mexico Flooring Solutions is not to pressure clients and to deliver on a schedule what is agreed upon. This is a long overdue review. We replaced our cork plank flooring back in March 2024 with luxury vinyl tile plank flooring and absolutely love it. NM Flooring had a great selection to choose from and the customer service was fabulous from start to finish. Hunter provided above and beyond customer service and was on top of the project throughout the whole process. The installer Alvaro did a great job installing the flooring and cleaned up everything after he was finished. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and professional. Really appreciated the wonderful customer service, pricing and honesty from this business.
