After emptying the drain and removing a potential clog, we realized that there was a back flow of water coming from the septic drain that shouldn't be. Our usual septic guy was not calling back, so we started reaching out to anybody that advertised 24/7 emergency service. Literally 10 minutes after leaving a message on Christmas Eve at 9:30pm at night, Cameron got back to me. He would have come to our home that night if he had been in the area. While they were waiting to parts to arrive he cleaned out septic system many times and did not charge us. He also was honest about the problem we were experiencing and offers us a payment plan to fix it properly. If I could you would give them 10 stars. If you need any septic assistance look no further.
