From start to finish Luke and his staff and crew were beyond professional! They responded promptly whenever I had a question. They started the job earlier than planned and finished in two days, as was stated. Couldn't have gone any smoother and the river rock bed looks beautiful! Would definitely call them again for another project. We called 3 companies and they were the most cost effective for us! Thanks Luke!

I had a fantastic experience with New Outlook Landscaping. Luke, the project manager, was extremely efficient in setting everything up and always quick to respond. The contractors displayed the highest level of professionalism, completed the work as promised, and left the site spotless. What impressed me most was how they went above and beyond with a stone wall I had sitting around. Instead of loosely stacking it back together, they cut the stones to size, glued them, and restacked it properly—ensuring it was reinforced and looked great. Overall, I’d rate them 5 out of 5 and highly recommend New Outlook Landscaping for any projects.

Luke at New Outlook Landscaping did a great job with our backyard drainage system! The team worked very efficiently and completed the job as scheduled. Their cleanup was excellent. We had a large job replacing our entire yard and they completed the job in one day as rain was expected and wanted it planted before the rain as we’ve been in drought conditions. Staff worked hard and were friendly and professional. Owner is also very professional and fair.

All steps in the process were better than expected. From the first phone call to the last email, communication with everyone was clear and the work was well done in a timely manner. All changes to the original plan were easy to make and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We are going with New Outlook for all future needs.
